Lamb wool, as the name suggests, is taken from the sheep's wool when it is first clipped (at about 7 months of age). Lamb wool is naturally very soft, smooth and elastic, and its finished suede is delicate, softer than ordinary wool, and the yarn spun from this raw material does feel better than ordinary wool and has better thermal properties than ordinary wool
